From MLOps to LLMOps. Successfully Navigating the GenAI Boom

In this session, I will explore Mollie’s journey through the GenAI boom. We initiated our Machine Learning (ML) Platform journey over a year ago, guided by Xebia’s experts. Now that our ML Platform is fully operational, I’ll share essential best practices for establishing a MLOps framework and highlight our internal infrastructure supporting Mollie’s ML Platform. In a continuously evolving ML landscape, I’ll discuss our approach to successfully embracing what some term LLMOps (Large Language Model Operations), which has taken many businesses by surprise as they were still engrossed in developing more traditional ML models and infrastructure. Leveraging my involvement in various LLM-based projects at Mollie, I’ll offer insights into navigating this ever-changing space and its tools, including strategies for adapting to the rapid evolution of LLM capabilities while prudently managing associated risks. Lastly, I’ll provide a forward-looking perspective on what the future holds in this dynamic domain.
