Joris is the CTO for AWS of the Xebia Cloud service line and has been working with the AWS cloud since 2009 and focussing on building event-driven architectures. While working with the cloud from (almost) the start, he has seen most of the services being launched.
Joris strongly believes in automation and infrastructure as code and is open to learning new things and experimenting with them because that is the way to learn and grow.

Lucy spent 3 years as a teacher of mathematics before becoming a credit risk analyst, learning all about using data science in risk. She never forgot teaching however, always spending time building new training and courses for her colleagues to upskill as quickly as possible. In 2018 she jumped at the chance to combine her coding and data skills with teaching by become a data science educator.

Sander van Donkelaar
Sander is a passionate machine learning engineer who loves to build scalable data and machine learning systems. He has extensive experience in creating ML solutions (both, on-premise and in the cloud). Besides, he developed and gave trainings for MLOps. Finally, he has conducted various academic research in the medical domain, which he presented at multiple conferences (BNAIC, ICHMS).

Cor Zuurmond
Cor is demystifying data at Xebia where he builds Azure Data Platforms and implement data use cases together with our clients. He developed the open source SODA-Spark package and contributes to SODA-SQL

Pádraic has worked across several industries in roles including data analysis, Business Intelligence development and data engineering. He currently works as an Analytics Engineer at Xebia Data, a Data and AI consultancy based in Amsterdam where he helps clients deploy data platforms, onboard business use cases and upskill internal employee’s data literacy.
