Stef has been working in de financial industry for more than 16 years. He started as a consultant on software sizing and statistical estimation based on market trends and Rabobank project metrics. After two years he made the switch to data analytics and reporting. For the last eight years the focus has been on providing platforms to enable advanced analytics within the Rabobank. It started with building the on premises Datalab (Cloudera Hadoop) to support the data science area. The last three years he moved to an architecting role for One!Lab and is currently the product manager of One!Lab.
